Tidbits at TWO!!!

-Logan weighs 30 pounds, 6 ounces and is in the 75th percentile.  He is 34 inches tall and is in the 50th percentile.  His head is 50.5 centimeters and in the 90th percentile!

-Logan has changed so much since he was one!  Once his reflux got better, he got so chunky and he has grown so much hair over the last year!  Logan is so busy though and such a picky eater, that I think he is going to be slimming down this next year!

-Logan is not much of a talker.  He is much quieter than Ben ever was and is very easy going which I think has made him not too interested in talking.  Plus Ben does all the talking and doesn't give Logan much of a chance!

-Logan can say blue (blueberry), book, shoes, dog, cow, rock, no, go, tree, truck, here, done, down, stuck, car, tee (tv), shower, dada, and FINALLY this week he started to say momma.  I have been waiting for that for a long time!

-Logan will be starting speech therapy this week since he doesn't have very many words and is not putting two words together.  I think once we get him talking he will take off!

-Logan is super sweet and cuddly!  He loves to give hugs and kisses and to snuggle!

-Logan loves shoes!  He always wants to have shoes on whether they are his or someone else's shoes!  He also loves to show his shoes off, especially to his Pa!

-Anytime someone is in the kitchen working on something Logan makes a beeline to their little table and drags over a chair to stand on to see what you are doing and possibly have a bite of it!

-Logan is working on potty training!  He has an amazing bladder and can hold it up to 4 hours!  He always stays dry during nap time and wakes up dry most mornings.  The biggest struggle we have is that he can't say potty yet.  Hopefully speech therapy will help with that quickly!

-Logan loves airplanes!  He has several airplane toys that he plays with all the time.  He also loves to point to airplanes flying in the sky!

-Logan loves playing outside.  He loves all types of balls, but particularly loves baseballs and bats.  He also loves to swing and will let you swing him forever!  Lately Logan has really enjoyed driving Ben's power wheel's truck.

-Logan is such a picky eater compared to Ben.  Neither were too fond of meat at this age, but Logan is worse.  He like Chickfila nuggets and fajita meat from expensive Mexican restaurants (not sure why)!  Thankfully he loves yogurt and cheese.  He loves most fruits, but will not eat any vegetables.  Logan loves junk food, so we try to limit them as much as possible.  There have been many times his super skinny brother will ask for a treat and I tell him ok as long as he does not let his brother see :-)!  If you look at Logan though, you can tell he isn't lacking in food!

-Logan loves to read books.  He loves all Sandra Boynton and Dr. Seuss books, particularly Go Do Go!

-Logan loves to watch tv.  It can be a good thing and a bad thing.  It is great if I need to get something done or we are out and about and he is bored.  Thankfully he is so good at entertaining himself, that if the tv is off he could care less and will go about playing by himself.  He loves all Disney Junior shows as well as Toy Story, Planes, Cars, and Curious George.  He is so good at watching movies, that we can now take him to the movie theater with us!

-Logan loves his brother so much!  So often we get on to Ben for playing too rough or climbing on or laying all over Logan, mainly because we are afraid Logan will get hurt, but most of the time Logan loves it and probably wishes we would just leave them alone.  I love watching their relationship grow as Logan gets older and they can play together more.  I hope they will always be great friends.

-I have truly enjoyed this last year with Logan so much.  He was such a great toddler!  So easy and so sweet!  I hope he always stays that way!!!

How did he once weigh only 5 1/2 pounds!
