Happy Halloween!!!

We had a great weekend full of lots of Halloween fun. I took these first few pictures of my little fire fighter last weekend. I figured it would be good to have take some good pictures beforehand and not have to worry about taking good ones on Halloween night.

Fire Chief Ben

On Friday night our neighborhood had a party and had trick or treating along the trails.

The cutest little giraffes and fireman!

Ben was ready to trick or treat!
Until he got to this guy. Ben was not a fan and started screaming!

At the end of the trail we took a hay ride back to the start.
Ben LOVED his first lollipop!
Tonight we went to my brother's for dinner and then some more trick or treating.

Isn't this the cutest picture of all the boy cousins in Luke's gator!

It was a circus with all of the cousins!
We had two giraffes, a peacock, policeman, fireman, and Minnie Mouse!
Ben was ready to trick or treat. He knew exactly what to do and had a great time. It was so cute hearing him say tic-teat (trick or treat)!
Getting ready to go

Ben loved carrying around his pumpkin and putting candy in it.

Towards the end of the night his pumpkin got pretty heavy and he had such a hard time carrying and walking. He would give it up though. It was so cute, he would sign thank you after getting the candy!

Pumpkin Decorating

This week we decorated our pumpkins. I got a Mr. Potato Head kit for one of our pumpkins.

What a cute Mr. Pumpkin Head

Watching daddy carve open the pumpkin

Such concentration
Digging out the pumpkin guts
Ben thought it was pretty gross

Ben thought the pumpkin needed a drink of water

On the left is Shawn's spider and the right is my pathetic dump truck. It did look a lot better before Ben got a hold of it.
Ben pointing to the truck. He has replaced his obsession with Choo Choo Trains for trucks. Anytime we are in the car all I hear is him pointing out all the big trucks.

Pumpkin Patch

Today we took Ben to another pumpkin patch to take some more pictures. I love his outfit in these pictures. My mom and I made it and the reverse side is for Christmas.

Taking pictures of an 18 month old is exhausting, but I think I got some good ones.
