A few months ago Pixie Stitch purchased a new to us monogramming machine that allows us to work at a faster and much easier pace! The machine is wonderful and has 6 needle heads.
The only problem is when you aren't looking closely and stick your finger beneath one AS IT IS RUNNING!
Yep that is a needle going through my finger. It happened last week as I was working on a shirt. Thankfully Lindsey was there when it happened and quickly took Ben and I to the emergency room. I still can't get over how little it really hurt. I was never in that much pain. The doctor numbed my finger, took x-rays, and pulled the needle out. I am so thankful that it didn't hit the bone! Even after the numbing medicine wore off it has caused me very little pain. Once I got back from the ER I was back at work making more shirts and definitely paying more attention!
The thread hanging out of my nail is just crazy!

Oh. My. Goodness. That's WAY better (and by better I mean grosser and worse!) then when I chopped part of my pinky finger off while scrapbooking. You have dedication, my friend.
