11 Months

 Logan is eleven months old!  Only a couple more weeks until he is ONE!!!  I'm a bit sad, but very excited about him being one.  I'm looking forward to him walking and starting to talk and seeing more of his personality come out.  Logan is such a sweet and fun baby that I know the toddler age will be great!  Logan now weighs 18 pounds, 8 ounces.  I am so glad that he has finally put on a little weight!  Logan loves to eat and now that he isn't sick or spitting up all the time he is doing a lot better weight wise.  Logan still just has two teeth.  I keep thinking the top two will come in any day, but they haven't yet.  Logan is sleeping pretty good these days.  He goes to bed at 8pm and wakes up about 6am.  We give him a bottle and he goes back to sleep anywhere from 8-9:30!  He isn't much of a napper.  He takes a couple of 30 minute naps a day.  

Logan is a busy and quick baby.  If I turn around for a second he is gone!  This month he has completely transitioned out of the army crawl and is crawling on all fours.  I can tell he is starting to think about walking.  He sometimes starts doing a bear crawl wear he is crawling but standing on his feet.  It's really cute!  Logan celebrated his first Christmas this month.  He loved opening his presents! 

Trip to the Zoo

10 Months

This is a little late, but better late than never.  Logan is now 10 months old!  Logan spent quite a bit of the month sick again.  I believe he (and Ben) will one day be diagnosed with asthma and/or allergies.  There has also been talks about Celiac Disease or Cystic Fibrosis, but I just don't feel like and pray that it isn't something that extreme.  A simple cold makes Logan so sick and is so hard for him to get over.  We are trying our best to keep him healthy.  Unfortunately with all of his sickness he lost weight this month and now weighs 17 pounds 5 ounces.  Logan loves to eat and I'm hoping if we can keep him healthy he will start to gain some weight.  Logan loves finger foods and has been eating blueberries, apples, oranges, chicken, beans, green beans, carrots, sweet potatoes and so much more.  He really loves to eat and just sits there shoveling it in!

Logan is constantly on the move.  He has always army crawled, but is beginning to get up on all fours. He loves to pull up and cruise around holding on to things.  Logan is starting to dance, and it is so cute! He has started playing in the cabinets and loves pulling his toys out.  He is wearing size 6-12 month clothes and a size 4 diaper.  He is just about to out grow his size 2 shoes.  Logan is such a sweet baby.  I can't believe he will be one soon!

Six Months

 I just realized I never add these pictures to the blog.  These were Logan's six month photos taken by our wonderful photographer Sarah Giles.  I just love them!

Thanksgiving

This year we stayed home for Thanksgiving and celebrated just the four of us.  Logan has been pretty sick for over a week, so we wanted to stay home and make sure he got well.  He is doing a lot better today, and it was so nice to see him smile again.

We have SO much to be thankful for starting with these two!

And lastly, this was Logan the night before.  He was not feeling good, and I think also teething.  He woke up several times in the night completely inconsolable.  It is so sad when you can't help your baby feel better.
